We’ll meet regularly to discuss how things are going, where you’re blocked,
and what you’re learning.
We check our bearings often and make sure we correct the course along the way.

We’ll start with an observational session to see how the team currently operates. Confidential one-on-one sessions with each team member then provide insight into each person’s point of view. With this information, we’ll create recommendations and a comprehensive coaching plan tailored to your team’s needs.
Team Coaching uncovers root causes and resolves even the deepest dysfunctions. We address individual and group dynamics so the team can quickly align and find a rhythm that delivers results.
Individualized coaching helps leaders work through their strategic goals and short-term needs.
We typically meet 2 - 4 times per month, depending on your goals. During more critical times, we can easily adjust to allow for additional meetings - as often as every few days, if needed. Between sessions, we’ll continue to support you with short email and text messages for check-ins, quick questions, and to share new ideas.
Individual contributors in key roles can significantly influence whether or not your vision will become a reality. While they may not hold an official leadership title, key players quietly lead within their teams.
We can design a customized coaching and mentorship program to help key players grow and elevate their performance.
We can easily add an Everything DiSC Workplace assessment to any coaching plan to explore how your personal preferences and tendencies influence your effectiveness as a leader.
